First Federal Bullying Lawsuit To Be Filed
A federal bullying lawsuit is being filed by Louisville attorney Ted Gordon and parents of six children who claim their children, who attend Crosby Middle School in Louisville, Kentucky, were sometimes viciously bullied and even assaulted, but the school staff failed to take action against these alleged incidents.
