Random Acts of Kindness Week begins on Tuesday, February 11th. Needless to say, Rainbow Rabbit, the Kindness/Educational Program that inspires children across the Tri-State area, will be participating in the event!

Rainbow Rabbit works in collaboration with local schools and organizations. The goal is to assist in decreasing the number of bullying incidents that occur within the project area.  “The number of confirmed incidents of Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying (HIB) reported by districts more than tripled last year to 12,024 cases, up from about 3,400 in 2017-18.” Furthermore, “Incidents of HIB made up nearly half of all incidents of violence, vandalism and substance abuse reported by the state in its annual report to the public” (Department of Education).

Above all, Rainbow Rabbit helps ensure that all students/children and their parents/guardians have all the information and necessary tools to live a safe healthy life.

RAK President On This Special Week

“It always warms my heart to hear of incredible organizations like Rainbow Rabbit Educational Services Corporation taking on RAK Week and creating a better world through their actions, says Brooke Jones, Vice President of The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation. “If more people and organizations could follow suit, we could create a world of peace and joy.”

“Undoubtedly, we support Brooke and her wonderful organization,” says Joe Vallee, co-founder of Rainbow Rabbit Educational Services. “Random acts of kindness release positive energy, and clearly, this promotes acceptance, empathy, compassion, unity and inclusion. Fittingly, all of these virtues are reflected in the lessons taught by Rainbow Rabbit. Without a doubt, we’re excited to help improve the life of a child or adult in any way possible. Unquestionably, this is possible due to the wonderful and thoughtful lessons of Rainbow Rabbit.”
